To register and use the winbat platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. winbat strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the winbat platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the winbat platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of winbat or any of its affiliated game suppliers.

winbat reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 72 hours of a request may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winbat account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. winbat will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

You must notify winbat immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. winbat shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials or where you have voluntarily shared your credentials with a third party.

You must not allow any other person to access or use your winbat account. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing account access constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

winbat accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected bank transfer channels including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳500. winbat does not charge a fee on deposits made via supported local payment methods.
